My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the understanding that all of our habits, thoughts, and emotional reactions are learned through experience—and because they’re learned, they can be changed.
In therapy, I use a first principles approach to help clients break their experiences down into underlying beliefs and assumptions that shape their feelings and actions. By increasing awareness of these core patterns, clients can begin to challenge distorted thinking and construct healthier, more balanced perspectives. Through this process, they learn to reshape emotional responses, strengthen resilience, and make choices that align more closely with their goals and values.
